2) must be for a Non-Profit

 

3) must be a Universal solution

 

This event has a specific theme - Citability! 

We invite any open source project looking to further Citability.org's goals. From their petition:

  1. I believe in transparency for ALL public government documentation (legislation, rules & regulations, budgetary information, websites etc...).

  2. I support the creation of accessible permanent records of government documents.

  3. I believe that all public government documentation should be open and viewable on the web by any citizen.

  4. I believe that all public government documentation should be citable by any citizen on the web on a paragraph by paragraph basis.

  5. I support using open formats such as the advanced permalinks convention described at citability.pbwiki.com
